M101 – Deep Clean Enzymatic Kitchen Cleaner is a Multi-Purpose, Enzyme based cleaning product suitable for use throughout your kitchen.

The enzymes work to break down and lift imbedded dirt from all kitchen surfaces including stove tops, ovens, extractor hoods, fridges, microwaves and kitchen equipment.

This product is completely safe to use on all food prep surfaces including natural stone, stainless steel, laminated wood and cutting boards.

Dilution:
Add 100 ml concentrate to an empty 1 Lt spray bottle and top up with fresh tap water.

1 Lt concentrate makes 10Lt of ready to use product.

How to use:
Spray onto surfaces you wish to clean and wipe or scrub with brush, sponge or cloth. No rinsing necessary.

For oven cleaning, spray liberally onto slightly warm oven surfaces – agitate with a scrubbing pad and wipe off residue with a damp cloth.
